On a basket of €30 including tax, these fees represent more than 20% of the order amount. You will understand that we cannot offer home delivery which costs even more (about €8) for a basket of €30. Our delivery rates allow for home delivery with Colissimo at €4 including tax from €30 of purchases, €2 including tax from €40 of purchases. We are sorry that you were not satisfied.
