Initially, rates were attractive. Now too expensive. The parts are "sanded" (rubbed with Scotch-britt?) to remove - partially - an ugly grey oxidation. Not a pretty sight.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. As explained to you on the phone and mentioned in the product data sheet, pearlized aluminum can be scratched to varying degrees. Depending on your project, it's advisable to choose film-coated sheet metal for an aesthetic and tip-top finish ;-)

The only really negative point, which renders all the other positive points null and void, is the quality of the material. I've never seen aluminum so soft, especially in 4mm thickness, and the plate arrived twisted, which I was just about able to straighten with the force of my fingers. It's a pity, because the rest of the performance is good. I hope the same doesn't apply to stainless steel, and I wish you all the best.

It is not surprising that the part is twisted and easily straightened given the number of cuts and the little material remaining in some places. I like the simplicity of adding parts to be cut. You can see if the dimensions are OK (no problem when exporting the file) and if the cuts are OK. However, when exporting Solidworks in DXF, I have a problem importing into the John Steel Pro tool. I have to use vector software (Inkscape) to debug certain angles that the John Steel Pro tool doesn't understand. To be worked on...
