hello, following an order I was never delivered my product. the carrier never contacted me and from one day to the next I received a credit note and then a refund, I don't know why.

Very well packaged despite the size (3mm thick aluminium, 100mm x 2000mm), product arrived in good condition. Delivery as fast as expected (on time).

I ordered and received 4 aluminium door covers for a very high price of about 90. I expected to receive a high-quality product with an impeccable finish. This is absolutely not the case, as all 4 plates are scratched and the cut-outs are not even smoothed. This is simply scandalous.

And also, as in your case, that most of our materials come with a PVC film to be removed on installation. Very good telephone contact and correct delivery, but the color of the raw steel on the site (brown) is completely different from that of the part received (gray)... The dimensions are correct, but there are also numerous scratches and a 3mm dent caused by an impact on the top of the part. Cdlt,
