I called you and you told me that delivery with a 5% discount meant delivery in exactly 15 working days (5 days for a week). I ordered on tuesday, june 15. I was surprised to receive delivery on june 22, when I was not at home.

The plate is the right size but there are scratches on both sides and a number written in felt-tip pen. I did not return it because it was intended to be placed under a stove that was installed 2 days after delivery.

Painstaking contact: John is unaware that the software recommended for dimensioning parts is not usable on APPLE. I admit I'm worried: a 3m long plate with a large recess that makes it fragile for transport. On arrival, everything was perfect: reinforced packing with wooden cleats, VERY thick protective cardboard boxes, multiple straps, protective film... BRAVO! I'm preparing another order.

My order dated 30/04 is still being prepared, despite the claims of the customer service department, which had promised me delivery ex works on 14 May. We're a long way from an 8-day delivery time. As it is, I cannot recommend John Steel.
