5/5 for cutting quality and technical expertise. 2/5 for delivery service and order tracking. An external service provider that seriously damages this company's brand image. Impossible to reach anyone from "JohnSteel" on the website's telephone number. I left several messages on 0 800 746 548 and was never called back. What a shame!

Concerning the transport service, you chose a relay point, unfortunately depending on the area this type of delivery is not optimal. Many relay points have very fluctuating opening hours, and carriers sometimes change destination for lack of choice. We are currently working on improving this situation. As for our number, it works well, but I haven't found any trace of calls or messages.
