The quality and finish are perfect. The problem is the deadline, which was important to me. There are 3 possible deadlines, so the customer thinks that the dates are respected, and that's not the case.

Cutting error on their part from JohnSteel, offer of a 5 credit on the next order... No real solution offered. It's a shame, the quality was there...

I asked them to let me have the cutting parts (needed for my project). they never answered me if it was possible or not. all in all I considered that it was good and I didn't receive anything. if I had had the return of their impossibility, I would never have ordered. unless they don't care about the customer message box!
