So perfect product! The cut and the drilling are spot on! However, I only give 2 stars for the delivery... They need to stop working with TNT... They swapped my package with someone else's and no help was provided.... I managed to find this person thanks to the invoice present in the package (which luckily had received my package and lived not far from me) and to recover my package... In short, I had to do TNT's job...

We are disappointed because we understood that the steel already had the rusty corten appearance. We had seen other sites where it was specified to rust (cheaper). But here there is no precision on this subject. Therefore, we cannot proceed with the installation immediately.

A complaint about your carrier the company GEODIS which subcontracted the delivery to a carrier whose driver left the package in an office on the ground floor while there was a person in the house upstairs, but the worst part is that he signed the delivery note himself (which is prohibited by law under penalty of prosecution). Hello, I was disappointed with my order because I wanted parts of 167/158cm and I received 167mm and 158mm. It's my fault because I didn't check that the software had returned my order in mm. The price seemed reasonable to me but not for such small parts.

I ordered a stainless steel plate (73 cm diameter) from the "John Steel" site, cost: €586.00. This plate is obviously non-conforming, with a central deformation formed by a 1.5 mm hollow that is perfectly visible on the photos I sent them. In spite of this, "John Steel" refused to take back the plate for exchange - here's their reply: "Your plate remains in conformity with the factory specifications. The deviation you have noted is minimal, and is within the norms." It would therefore appear that the obvious deformation, in the form of a bowl rendering the plate unusable, is a normal compliance for "John Steel"!!!! Which is, of course, totally unacceptable. Let's hear it!
