I liked the multiple customization possibilities (although the software isn't very practical, I must admit, and I'm a 3d designer), the speed of delivery and the price. On the other hand, I'm a bit disappointed with the state of finish, the board wasn't perfectly flat, there were slight height differences on the different pieces of finger-jointed wood. It's a shame it took me hours of sanding to improve the condition. In the end, it's fine, but I could have done without it.

5/5 for cutting quality and technical expertise. 2/5 for delivery service and order tracking. An external service provider that seriously damages this company's brand image. Impossible to reach anyone from "JohnSteel" on the website's telephone number. I left several messages on 0 800 746 548 and was never called back. What a shame!

Concerning the transport service, you chose a relay point, unfortunately depending on the area this type of delivery is not optimal. Many relay points have very fluctuating opening hours, and carriers sometimes change destination for lack of choice. We are currently working on improving this situation. As for our number, it works well, but I haven't found any trace of calls or messages. The quality and finish are perfect. The problem is the deadline, which was important to me. There are 3 possible deadlines, so the customer thinks that the dates are respected, and that's not the case.
