Unfortunately we have just learned that the carrier has encountered a logistical problem and will only ship your package today (11/09) for delivery tomorrow (12/09). bugs in their application make a 50cm part appear to be 16cm. bug reported. responsiveness on the phone. the part you receive doesn't match your file because they kept the draft file instead of the one sent. phone call back. they're right, i'm wrong, i send the correspondence emails, no more return. we have a part that doesn't match what we wanted.

Hello, you've ordered galvanized steel, but as indicated on our website, it doesn't come with a PVC film to protect it from scratches. This metal is not recommended if the surface is to be scratch-free. It would be preferable to opt for a metal protected by a PVC film, such as the brushed stainless steel you ordered earlier. The explanations are very inadequate. The plate I wanted to order was intended for the bottom of a trailer. The plate was delivered in an envelope. Telephone advice is not up to scratch. Big problem with dimensions

Under no circumstances do we advise you to use a brushed stainless steel plate for a trailer floor. We recommend either galvanized steel or non-slip aluminum. The Steel Team
