Hello, Some of the holes configured did not meet the technical constraints of laser cutting. The hole diameters were smaller than the thickness of the part's sheet metal. As for the contours of the part, the lack of precision stems from the ratio between the highly detailed contours and the considerable thickness. Our customer service department has contacted you.

The Dpd delivery service is, as usual, very disappointing. On the tracking it says: the package could not be deposited representation the next business day (ie 3 days later) while I was at home all day waiting for the package that was announced ... but no deliveryman came ... great dpd and not the first time ..... deliveryman to avoid ...

Very good. I didn't put the maximum because I was delivered an unfinished part (maybe a machine "bug"). I mostly sanctioned the fact that it wasn't detected."

A large claw across the part on one side, but as I placed this side inside the obget I'd made (locking stop for a gate), it didn't really bother me. The part was small (less than 200 mm long), so maybe that's why it got caught, perhaps by the robot during cutting?

customer service didn't reply to my e-mail - in the text it says that the minimum diameter of the holes is equal to the thickness of the sheet -- in the software it's the minimum radius that is equal to the thickness of the sheet -- so I couldn't make 5mm diameter holes in a 5mm sheet.

Ordered on 28/03/2018, received on 09/04/2018 at 9:30 am, a little long but reasonable delay. Product (raw stainless steel plate) very well packaged. Sheet metal 4 mm thick 320 X 700 mm (exact dimensions), but slightly bent on the length, too bad (I should have asked wider with a fold on each side for flatness, I wanted to use it as a perfectly flat surface) Ok.

Part received very quickly and superbly packaged. The only small drawback is that the part (290mm round) is deeply scratched on the diameter. I wasn't suspicious because the protective film didn't suggest such a deep scratch. I think the operator thought as I did.

The order received does not conform to the drawing. The laser has pointed to the center of the cutout, according to customer service, which leaves the customer in the lurch when a problem is indicated. The imported drawing did not indicate a problem in the website interface. On another hole, this one was made with a ratio of less than 0.8 times the thickness.
