Hello, Thank you for your comment. As we discussed over the phone. It's important to pay attention to how the plates may look. The product sheets indicate when there may be scratches, for example. And also, as in your case, that most of our materials come with a PVC film to be removed on installation. If you're not sure which material is right for you, or have questions about how we're going to protect your plates, or about the goods you've received, we'd be delighted to discuss them with you. Following your request, we carried out a series of tests to understand whether or not our system could have removed the holes initially drawn. We do our best to ensure follow-up, even if it means contacting the warehouses directly. Occasionally, difficulties may arise, such as roadworks, loss or damage to storage facilities.... these are all possibilities, as with any parcel sent by us or any other entity. We have recorded less than 1% of this type of case, out of all our shipments over more than a year. Unfortunately, it still happens.
