My order was for shiny, film-coated marine grade 316L stainless steel (1 side). In fact, once the film has been removed, the surface is satin-finished, so you have to polish it to obtain a shiny appearance: I should point out that this polishing to obtain a mirror effect is more laborious than on the other, unprotected side. Product conforms to the order, very satisfied with the rendering and the anti-trace brushed aluminium in my kitchen. The online software is very well done, but it lacks a detailed plan with all the dimensions before placing the order. If you don't take screenshots as the design progresses, you can't check where the cut-outs are before ordering.
