The order is simple: a large rectangle. The dimensions were respected. The delivery was very good, the driver made an appointment and the plate was well packaged. The only small remark is that a serial number is displayed on the plate, which I can live with as it's still a metal plate, but it would have been nice to have been informed.

Then, when the parts didn't arrive, because I'd misread a measurement, which they recognized was possible, their only gesture was to give me a 10% discount on a price that had been increased by 40% on a new order. Commercial sense? In short... Not cool...
