No cutting, no squaring. Not precise up to 2mm difference. And disgusting cut not neat not clean. All this for an expensive price. For that price, you'd think you were getting impeccable quality.

When you find a company of impeccable quality, don't hesitate to point it out. Here, for an order for a made-to-measure product, everything (I hope that for future customers it will be the same) was perfect. The welcome, the advice, the quality of the work and the price (which doesn't spoil anything), even the packaging was top-notch, nothing to say except compliments (I hope it lasts). As an added bonus, they use GEODIS for transport and my parcel arrived 4 minutes before the specified time. I'd also like to point out that I could be a reviewer for John Steel, but I'm not. I'm just an average customer who placed an order and was well served. Maxime.

I didn't understand that raw steel meant that the part would arrive very marked with scratches 1 mm deep.

It will be scratched, it's almost inevitable.
