Mirrored 304 1.5mm stainless steel plates, very good quality, but the laser cutting caused tiny sparks which in places scratched the plate a bit, the marks are very, very small but central. Fortunately, it's only visible up close, so it didn't bother me.

It's not the first time I've ordered, because the cut-outs are clean, the prices correct and the company French. On the other hand, not a single order has gone by without one of the corners of the cut sheets being slightly bent... probably due to transport.

delivery: no call or sms to make an appointment before the 1st delivery, but the second delivery was quick and trouble-free. Product: very well protected in cardboard bubble wrap. I bought a tube of glue and followed the simple and precise instructions on the website. The cut-out was exactly as I ordered.

The side with the protective adhesive is very dirty (the adhesive has melted with the laser) and takes a long time to clean. Apart from that, I'm very happy with the result and still a fan of the graphics (and advice) on the cardboard packaging.

You then informed us of a quality problem, and in response we asked you for photos of the part in order to process your complaint. To date, we have still not received your photos...

As mentioned on the product page (https://www.john-steel.com/fr/acier/30-plaque-acier-galvanise-anti-rouille.html), galvanized steel sheets have scratches of varying depth. For a project where aesthetics are important, it's best to opt for metal with a PVC film on one side. Have a nice day, John
