I had ordered a panel for an electronics project, but it contained an error and customer service was unable to replace the file, due to the server fire, so I won't be able to use it. I don't blame myself for the error. However, the quality of manufacture is extra, the packaging is safe for shipping and the customer service is reactive. Always a pleasure.

I was supposed to be delivered to my home on 16-03, so I took the whole day off, and the deliveryman (probably late on his round) dropped the parcel off at a relay point at around 4pm (sms received at 4.10pm), on the pretext that I was absent! Knowing that I'd been tinkering with my gate all afternoon, if a deliveryman had come by... So TNT delivery was lamentable. On the other hand, the parcel was well packed and conformed to the order.

I was supposed to be delivered to my home on 16-03, so I took the whole day off, and the deliveryman (probably late on his round) dropped the parcel off at a relay point at around 4pm (sms received at 4.10pm), claiming that I was absent! Very good, the only drawback is that on each of the 2 pieces ordered, only one side was protected by a film. However, the other side has scratches on one piece and impacts on the other, making them unusable. Fortunately, this wasn't a problem for my current project, which only needs one visible side.

Apparently I had a problem making my parts. There were 3.5mm diameter holes on the dxf file and holes smaller than 0.5mm on the part. I sent photos via the contact form => no return. Apart from this defect, no major worries, it's generally well done and dispatched quickly.

Very satisfied with the products, delivery and customer service. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the product (galvanized steel plate to make a gate plate) arrived all scratched up. It's not a problem in itself, but aesthetically speaking it's not top-notch.
