The products are compliant and of good quality. But I really regret that the main piece I ordered to renovate my kitchen worktop is tattooed with the manufacturer (Thyssen). It's really unsightly. I'd like an answer, by the way.

It's planned to be able to erase it with acetone-type solvent. If you're talking about something else, please call us on 0800 746 548 (free number).

Overall, correct, very protective packaging, or too much so, given the surface defects. The site is reliable, which is good, you can go there with confidence.

Initially, rates were attractive. Now too expensive. The parts are "sanded" (rubbed with Scotch-britt?) to remove - partially - an ugly grey oxidation. Not a pretty sight.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. As explained to you on the phone and mentioned in the product data sheet, pearlized aluminum can be scratched to varying degrees. Depending on your project, it's advisable to choose film-coated sheet metal for an aesthetic and tip-top finish ;-)
