6-star packaging (some people whose name evokes a large river might take inspiration from this); customer service not contacted but excellent website; one star less on the merchandise because of a large scratch which doesn't bother me but which would have needed a good sanding for decorative use.

Quite long lead times, and not always in line with what is advertised by customer service. We come for the products, which are of good quality and perfectly packaged, at least in our past experience.

Excellent service! I had 2 pieces to cut that I had drawn myself in CAD. Unfortunately, a problem meant that I couldn't submit my DXF file on the site. I contacted the company. A technician called me back the next day and corrected my file so that I could place my order. I received the order and it's perfect. Thank you so much!
