Apparently in good faith, the after-sales service envisaged a potential malfunction of its online application and asked me to detail precisely the procedure I had followed. I received no reply for 3 weeks. I was given no answer for 3 weeks. I liked the multiple customization possibilities (although the software isn't very practical, I must admit, and I'm a 3d designer), the speed of delivery and the price. On the other hand, I'm a bit disappointed with the state of finish, the board wasn't perfectly flat, there were slight height differences on the different pieces of finger-jointed wood. It's a shame it took me hours of sanding to improve the condition. In the end, it's fine, but I could have done without it.
