The explanations are very inadequate. The plate I wanted to order was intended for the bottom of a trailer. The plate was delivered in an envelope. Telephone advice is not up to scratch. Big problem with dimensions

Hello, at the time of purchase, corten plate is said to be "rough-rolled" (with very little rust). You will therefore need to allow for a period of oxidation to obtain the familiar patinated and stabilized look of corten.

A very delayed delivery. 9 days to arrive... Unfortunately, the address provided was not fully transcribed by the service provider, so the parcel remained in the depot for 4 days. No sms or info given by the deliverer to report the delay or delivery difficulties encountered.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service. Online ordering is really nice and easy. The service is fast. The only downside, if there is one, is that the aluminum parts cut-outs are systematically brushed (or almost). One of my last cuts, a small one, was not brushed and remained shiny from the start.
