The side with the protective adhesive is very dirty (the adhesive has melted with the laser) and takes a long time to clean. Apart from that, I'm very happy with the result and still a fan of the graphics (and advice) on the cardboard packaging.

bugs in their application make a 50cm part appear to be 16cm. bug reported. responsiveness on the phone. the part you receive doesn't match your file because they kept the draft file instead of the one sent. phone call back. they're right, i'm wrong, i send the correspondence emails, no more return. we have a part that doesn't match what we wanted.

Hello, you've ordered galvanized steel, but as indicated on our website, it doesn't come with a PVC film to protect it from scratches. This metal is not recommended if the surface is to be scratch-free. It would be preferable to opt for a metal protected by a PVC film, such as the brushed stainless steel you ordered earlier.
