I am very satisfied with the quality of the material ordered. On the other hand, delivery was announced as taking 3 days. Order placed online on 22/12 (I'm willing to take into account Christmas and New Year's weekends ...). Delivery announced for Saturday 6/01 and finally made on 8/01. Dumb delivery man. In the end, what counts is the product.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service. Online ordering is really nice and easy. The service is fast. The only downside, if there is one, is that the aluminum parts cut-outs are systematically brushed (or almost). One of my last cuts, a small one, was not brushed and remained shiny from the start. It's so much more beautiful

I ordered a stainless steel credenza. I knew perfectly well that it was cut to size and that I had to glue it to a support. The site is presented in such a way that I had understood that this credenza would be delivered with its special glue cartridge and installation instructions. But no glue and no instructions? The answer from customer service: this kit is delivered with certain credenzas.

The John Steel cutting service is excellent. On the other hand, the quality of the delivery service is mediocre: DHL subcontracts to Chronopost, which twice in a row states that it could not find anyone at the delivery address (which is not true, of course the deliveryman never calls the telephone number given in case of a problem). In the end, the parcel has to be collected from the Chronopost warehouse.

The deliveryman did not follow the instructions at all. When I placed the order and then on the delivery company's website, I indicated that I wanted delivery on a Friday and this was not respected. I was therefore absent and the delivery had to be made to my neighbor.

There's nothing wrong with the work done by John Steel. On the other hand, the choice of service provider for delivery to a private customer was deplorable. DHL lost the first shipment. The second shipment, prepared by John Steel, took a week to arrive, as DHL does not deliver to relay points and requires a signature. DHL didn't understand that I wasn't at home during the day... :-(

I ordered a 3 mm thick rectangular aluminium plate, which I received promptly, and I was happy to go and place it, but I noticed that the piece was not flat, the 2 sides were raised...I contacted the after-sales service, which explained that this was the result of the laser cutting and that I should have used a thicker plate IT'S WRITTEN NOWHERE ON THE SITE since then no more news. I ordered 6 steel plates to make tables (over 500 euros per order). Fast, impeccable delivery of 2 parcels by DHL. The only problem is that the first plate in each parcel is badly damaged with large scratches (1/2 mm deep), probably caused by mishandling. John doesn't care, even with photos... Shameful

Raw materials that have not been surface-finished (brushed, etc.) and are not protected by a PVC film may show marks or scratches of varying size and depth. This condition is common to raw materials.
