I ordered 6 steel plates to make tables (over 500 euros per order). Fast, impeccable delivery of 2 parcels by DHL. The only problem is that the first plate in each parcel is badly damaged with large scratches (1/2 mm deep), probably caused by mishandling. John doesn't care, even with photos... Shameful

The sheet metal is all scratched on both sides. The marking was left on the part. I have the impression of having recovered the scrap from the workshop. For the price of the cut sheet metal, I would not recommend the site.

Hello, We'd love to have sheet metal as clean as in a decorating store, but 1 factory is always a bit dusty. The presence of film until delivery to your home is a guarantee of quality. It protects the front side during cutting, packaging and transport. Scratches of varying depth may appear on the reverse side of products.

Our choice of delivery dates was not taken into account at all. On the other hand, the material was superbly packaged and corresponded perfectly to our request, and the website is very well done.

Clear merchant site. Perfect order tracking. Delivery on time. Product conforms to expectations. Only the DHL delivery man did not respect the instructions to warn me before going for the delivery. The delivery was almost not made; fortunately I have nice colleagues who caught up with the driver before he got away....

I ordered a rectangular sheet with a round inner cut-out. The piece is impeccable. The packaging is very efficient for transport. The delivery time was as expected. I recommend the site. Small suggestion to the seller: Offer a more complete editor for more complex projects (we don't all have AutoCad).

John steel was perfect, but the TNT carrier was particularly bad - the driver even asked me for 180 to take the parcel up to the 3rd floor with a second driver. The transport company agreed to deliver after 6 phone calls to management, and it took a legal case to get the parcel delivered.
