No issues regarding quality. However, paying about €16 extra to be delivered on a Tuesday and only being delivered on Wednesday, I find that regrettable!!!

The edges of the plates must have been cleaned because the adhesive was melted around the edges of the plates.

Hello, I was disappointed with my order because I wanted parts of 167/158cm and I received 167mm and 158mm. It's my fault because I didn't check that the software had returned my order in mm. The price seemed reasonable to me but not for such small parts.

However, it is important to note that the raw material you have chosen is delivered in its natural, untreated state (information on the product sheet). This means that it may present imperfections, including scratches of varying depths, depending on the condition of the plate at the time of dispatch.

This material is mainly intended for uses where aesthetics are not a priority, and it is indeed possible that one side may be less clean than the other.

The parcel conforms to my order and is very well packaged.... but TNT has made this experience very bad: TNT called me to tell me that they couldn't find my address (Amazon, Chronopost ... have no problem), and this without even going out...and they left the parcel with me in a shop more than 20 kms away (there and back). Having paid for home delivery, I find this way of treating customers deplorable! Change delivery company!
