I ordered and received 4 aluminium door covers for a very high price of about 90. I expected to receive a high-quality product with an impeccable finish. This is absolutely not the case, as all 4 plates are scratched and the cut-outs are not even smoothed. This is simply scandalous.

And also, as in your case, that most of our materials come with a PVC film to be removed on installation. I liked the multiple customization possibilities (although the software isn't very practical, I must admit, and I'm a 3d designer), the speed of delivery and the price. On the other hand, I'm a bit disappointed with the state of finish, the board wasn't perfectly flat, there were slight height differences on the different pieces of finger-jointed wood. It's a shame it took me hours of sanding to improve the condition. In the end, it's fine, but I could have done without it.
