Products Tops. Site not good, required a call to unlock account... Hard to understand. Customer service not always accessible. Quite long lead times, and not always in line with what is advertised by customer service. We come for the products, which are of good quality and perfectly packaged, at least in our past experience.

I had ordered a panel for an electronics project, but it contained an error and customer service was unable to replace the file, due to the server fire, so I won't be able to use it. I don't blame myself for the error. However, the quality of manufacture is extra, the packaging is safe for shipping and the customer service is reactive. Always a pleasure.

Very good, the only drawback is that on each of the 2 pieces ordered, only one side was protected by a film. However, the other side has scratches on one piece and impacts on the other, making them unusable. Fortunately, this wasn't a problem for my current project, which only needs one visible side.
