The quality of the packaging was perfect. The delivery was quicker than expected and was handled very well by the carrier, who didn't call on a blocked number, making it easy to communicate. We're very happy with the product: pile measurements, easy installation and beautiful effect. We've already told all our friends about it.

Hello, time announced 8 days, not respected. Order placed on 15 Nov. Delivery on 23 Nov.? a Saturday postponed to 25 Nov.? Actual delivery on Dec. 2nd at 1pm 7 days late minimum. Consequences: double travel costs over 1000 KM because imperative return to Brittany scheduled for Nov. 26. Who pays?... Completely satisfied My order was for the cutting of 3mm thick metal parts. The parts were received 4 working days after the cutting files were sent (Belgium). The cutting is neat and well finished. Only the packaging should be more solid. The parcel was almost open, and the parts had moved around inside during the (rough) handling by the delivery service.
