I've been working with John Steel for over a year. I make handcrafted furniture and barbecues. The cutting has always been of the highest quality, with no burrs. I asked them to let me have the cutting parts (needed for my project). they never answered me if it was possible or not. all in all I considered that it was good and I didn't receive anything. if I had had the return of their impossibility, I would never have ordered. unless they don't care about the customer message box!
