Hello, thank you for your comment. Acetone (thinner version) is very effective for glue traces. We ask you to use it to clean the plate so that you can see it more clearly. If there is indeed a defect, we invite you to send us visuals and we will systematically contact you to find a solution.

Very good for the plate ordered. Dimensions respected and very well packaged. Small hitch in delivery (different parcel relay from the one chosen when ordering). Apart from that, I can't recommend it highly enough.

When this happens, we try to deliver as close as possible to the previous one each time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

Preparation, speed of delivery, packaging, everything is top notch, just one little thing that annoys me, when loading the DXF it sometimes tells me that the holes are too close to the edge, especially when I put several pieces in at once, whereas one by one they fit.
