John steel offers an ingenious website for individuals who want to have objects laser-cut. The site is ultra-ergonomic, easy to use, and even lets you visualize your project before validation for production. Everything is automated from start to finish! The work is of the highest quality, and deliveries are super-fast and meticulous! As for customer service, for me it's optimal! One of my cutting projects was very complex, and I was taken directly to John Steel to finalize it. John Steel offers an unprecedented model of sales and customer service, from design to production.

This is serious stuff. But at the very least, I'd like a more detailed explanation of the rule that sets minimum "widths" for certain parts (0.8 times the thickness of the sheet metal). Your server simply rejects parts that don't comply with this rule without giving any further information.

I liked the multiple customization possibilities (although the software isn't very practical, I must admit, and I'm a 3d designer), the speed of delivery and the price. On the other hand, I'm a bit disappointed with the state of finish, the board wasn't perfectly flat, there were slight height differences on the different pieces of finger-jointed wood. It's a shame it took me hours of sanding to improve the condition. In the end, it's fine, but I could have done without it.

User-friendly computer portal with an easy-to-use configurator for metal cut-outs. Delivery to my dimensions, including cut-outs. 4 mm reinforced stainless steel, perfect for rainwater manhole covers. Everything was very well packaged and delivered in excellent condition (information e-mail). I have nothing to suggest as an improvement, and that's quite rare. I highly recommend this company.
