The quality of the packaging was perfect. The delivery was quicker than expected and was handled very well by the carrier, who didn't call on a blocked number, making it easy to communicate. We're very happy with the product: pile measurements, easy installation and beautiful effect. We've already told all our friends about it.

Hello, time announced 8 days, not respected. Order placed on 15 Nov. Delivery on 23 Nov.? a Saturday postponed to 25 Nov.? Actual delivery on Dec. 2nd at 1pm 7 days late minimum. Consequences: double travel costs over 1000 KM because imperative return to Brittany scheduled for Nov. 26. Who pays?...
