Very good, the only drawback is that on each of the 2 pieces ordered, only one side was protected by a film. However, the other side has scratches on one piece and impacts on the other, making them unusable. Fortunately, this wasn't a problem for my current project, which only needs one visible side.

Very satisfied with the products, delivery and customer service. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the product (galvanized steel plate to make a gate plate) arrived all scratched up. It's not a problem in itself, but aesthetically speaking it's not top-notch.

The products are compliant and of good quality. But I really regret that the main piece I ordered to renovate my kitchen worktop is tattooed with the manufacturer (Thyssen). It's really unsightly. I'd like an answer, by the way.

Hello, thank you for your opinion. If you're talking about the black print indicating a material reference, this is an obligation to guarantee the conformity of the batch of material. It's planned to be able to erase it with acetone-type solvent. If you're talking about something else, please call us on 0800 746 548 (free number).

Overall, correct, very protective packaging, or too much so, given the surface defects. The site is reliable, which is good, you can go there with confidence.
