Customer reviews of Kanata

Good original products and good service, prices a bit high but it comes from far ^^

Navigation on the site: it's simple and clear, the items are sorted under different categories so it's possible to find them through several entries, it's practical; cool delivery, on time, with a little personalized message inside, thank you!

Satisfactory

It was incredible, the only little thing I could say is that paying by bank transfer takes long to be verified. But overall you are awesome. Great Canadian whiskey.

Nothing to say always well served, fast delivery, excellent product, and always a little surprise on the box always a pleasure to discover it

Quality products, good tastes, I could have given 5 stars, but I did not receive the promised surprise gift despite an unsuccessful complaint

A little late

Good products, top and responsive after-sales service, fast shipping. A bit excessive cost
Overall, a site to recommend

Excellent products overall.

Inedible poutine kit, the cheese is fine but the powder for making the brown sauce is disgusting, it's just wing powder and brown dye. In short, 18€ for that..., very disappointed.
I do not recommend.

nothing to say this time, too bad that during a previous dispute, I was never answered!

A little note left on the 2 boxes is always nice! :) However, I was surprised to see that on all the cardboard compartments with 3 bottles, one bottle out of 3 was systematically turned upside down (cap down). The entire order, apart from the complimentary maple water, was only beer. In total, since it was a large order, a good ten bottles were turned... Why?... The argument of space is not valid since it is exactly the same boxes and arrangements as my previous orders and they are made for it (And once again I thank you for this attention). First time I see this on all my orders... You have excellent products, don't ruin them like that! It's not good for the oxidation of the beer so I hope this will be avoided in the future knowing the quality of delivery and products. In summary, bottles of beer turned in the box, that's a no. The quality of the products and delivery is always a YES. PS: Slightly disappointed not to have been able to order Don de Dieu but I will make up for it as soon as it is available! ;)

Fast delivery and impeccable packaging

Fast delivery, I only regret that some items are (often) unavailable.

Hello I found that the consumption date of the cheese curds was quite short (27/02) otherwise everything else was very good!

Used to peated whisky, this is a 180-degree turn. Not unpleasant, a good discovery

Disappointed because the poutine cheese purchased cannot be frozen while I made sure not to take frozen cheese. It would be good to specify this on the site, because knowing this I wouldn't have ordered a kilo, which must be consumed before February 13.

Very clear site, easy to place an order, really short delivery time and serious tracking but the expiration date of the Poutine cheese is really too short.

Scam, I received nothing knowing that you have my phone details you could have called me.. I paid for a product that I never received..

I was looking for a very specific item. I quickly found it on this site at a very affordable price. I received my package quickly, the quality is there. I am delighted with my purchase.

I like the site, but it's not practical with a phone.

Fast and perfect delivery. The products offered are good. I was able to introduce a bit of Canada to my family in France without having to spend a fortune on shipping from Canada.

Very good site. Quick response. Fast order processing and deadline respected. I recommend.

no comment

Delivery, very fast shipping and well packaged, unfortunately for me, Swiss Post, which acts as customs for packages, shows its incompetence by blocking the package from 12/23/2021 to 1/4/2022 just to send a customs invoice for the alcohol.

A bit expensive

Simply: good.

Very good products. Well packaged for delivery. Nice little note with the order. THANK YOU.

Always happy with my order from you. Well packaged, fast shipping and the little note "Merry Christmas" on the box, a little attention that is appreciated.

Very good

It's a shame that some over-labels are sometimes poorly placed on the main labels of the beers

Everything went well

The contact was very good, friendly.

Very happy to have met Kanata, I was looking for Canadian products. Very fast delivery. Well-protected products. Highly recommend

I easily found what I was looking for

Seen on mobile, easy to find articles.

Very well made site

Quality products. Extra packaging. I didn't give 5 stars because it was written that if the order is over 80€ the shipping is free. My order exceeded 95€ and I paid shipping fees. I don't understand

the product I thought I had was 18 gr for 25 ml of water which the one received does not fit
