Overall I am very satisfied the sauce is really good and the cheese too would have been better if the delivery had been faster the cheese expired the day after my delivery let's say that doesn't leave much time to eat it. Otherwise the site and the idea is perfect it would also be nice to have access to the contests even outside of France

Hello, Thank you for your positive feedback on your order. We hope the poutine was good? Regarding the cheese, as it is shipped frozen from our warehouse, the shelf life is quite short, but it is indicated on the product sheet 'The shelf life of your cheese will be indicated on the packaging. Put the cheese in the fridge as soon as received. Frozen at the start of our workshop, it should be consumed within 3/4 days following shipment.' I am a loyal customer of the Kanata site and this is not the first time I have ordered from this site.
Certainly, there are some missing beer products, but during this 2020 period that we are all living through, this site is the best with extra fast delivery, well-packaged products, and safety measures to avoid breakage are well protected, and if there is a slight delay, we are notified directly by email or other means.
Certainly, sometimes I ask for something and if the staff can, well Kanata grants it, and it feels great to feel at home.
I am sure that one should not aim too high, but I feel the little commercial gesture that was granted to me.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the problem encountered and thank you for your understanding.
I am sorry to learn that the cans were damaged during transport. I can guarantee you that they were not shipped to you in that condition.
We check each can before shipping, we pack them individually and secure them in the package. Unfortunately, we are not immune to a fall during transport, which if it does not damage the box can dent cans, crumble cakes, ....
We have also reported the information to our maple syrup producer regarding a change in the quality of the cans.
It's a shame you couldn't report it upon opening at the pickup point (as specified on the box), we could have made a CHONO customer service request and compensated you or exchanged the cans in the case of a gift.
I hope we will have the chance to make it up to you on a future order.
