Fast delivery, products very appreciated by my hosts especially the maple syrup lollipops. For one out of 2 boxes of cookies, the cookies arrived in crumbs and therefore not very presentable despite reinforced and careful packaging. That's the only point I regret. Delicious ice wine tea.

The 15% for the 10th anniversary was a code to be entered at checkout. After checking, you did not enter it. Can you please confirm? We can certainly issue you a credit corresponding to your order, as we have done with other loyal customers who forgot to enter the code.
Regarding the delivery, you did choose a transport option at 5.90€ corresponding to a parcel pickup. It may be an error or a mishandling when placing your order?

positive point: the possibility of having Canadian products delivered directly to your home within 24 to 48 hours negative point: like all intermediaries, Kanata takes a margin on the products, so they are necessarily much more expensive in the end than if we buy them on site... but well... that's the game...

Hello and thank you for your review! We are happy about your positive point and simply wish to "moderate" your negative review. It should be noted that importing products from Canada by container, as we do, is subject to taxes and customs duties from the French state / European Union. These taxes can sometimes be up to 30% on certain products and that is mainly what increases the prices... However, we are fortunate to have very significant volumes, which allows us to generally have the same pricing as producers directly in Canada (as in France, you will find very different prices depending on the quality of the same product, this applies to the products we import which are mostly 1/ from small producers and 2/ of very high quality). We selected the Chronopost offer because it allows delivery in 24 hours and has nearly 7500 relay points in France. We are therefore sorry to learn that there were few choices near you at the time of your order. Indeed, as you mentioned, summer vacations and the closures of many establishments temporarily reduce the offer... nevertheless, we will pass the information on to Chronopost. Hello Matthieu, Thank you for your feedback and your comment regarding product availability. We are of course trying to avoid stockouts as much as possible, but it happens that a product is very highly requested by individuals or professionals (we are also importers-wholesalers for many establishments in France and Europe: gourmet shops, wine merchants, restaurants, etc.), which then leads to a (very) temporary stockout. However, since all our products are imported from Canada, it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to receive them, provided that our producers are not also out of stock: we work with small producers, passionate about their products and their trades, and in no way with industrialists who have the (only) advantage of producing on a large scale. We prioritize authenticity and quality over quantity. It should also be added that several of our ranges are seasonal and are not offered all year round. In any case, we thank you again for your comment, take it into account and will do what is necessary to limit this type of inconvenience as much as possible. Be careful with the chosen product but the after-sales service is terrible!!! My husband is Canadian so we know what maple sugar candies should look like... the product received (to give as a gift) was whitish and hard as concrete; call to Kanata: that's how it was, it was hot. And nothing else so product to the trash.

Each producer has their own recipe for maple syrup candies and we are sorry that these do not meet your expectations and the other candies you may have tasted in Canada. Our producer, the maple grove of La Ferme Martinette based in Coaticook, Quebec, pays particular attention to the artisanal production of its candies, which are fragile products. They can therefore sometimes be subject to crystallization (a slight whitening of the candy, which obviously does not affect their delicious taste).
