Very satisfied with the speed of delivery, well packaged in an insulated bag and fresh product. Too bad it has to be eaten within 3 days and the only downside is that for gifting it is preferable not to include the invoice in the package.

I sent 2 complaint emails on the site recently and received no response.
I am still waiting for the Metal moose on The loose plaque to this day as I never received it and I paid. It's a Christmas gift!!!

Too bad the gift is 1 beer I ordered 2 packages to give as a gift to my family and no one drinks alcohol. It would be wise to provide a gift that could satisfy the majority like a souvenir (a magnet, a pin, a postcard...) this would avoid disappointments....

Extremely long shipping (10 days) because billing address different from recipient. Impossible to reach anyone from customer service, whether by email, Facebook or phone. I had to threaten to file a dispute via PayPal to get a tracking number but still no contact!!!!!

Box filled with small pieces of paper to compact the contents, the package is unlikely to break. A personalized message left by a Kanata employee written on the box, it's cute and it feels good. Only downside, I had ordered a personalized birthday message but they got the names wrong, it's a shame.
