Regarding the promotional beers, we informed you by email of the short DLUO. It should be noted that the DLUO system in Canada is different from that practiced in France, particularly for beers where many Quebec breweries indicate DLUOs of 3-6 months, up to 12 months... when DLUOs in France are 1 year and more. This is therefore a marketing choice of Quebec breweries, to highlight the freshness of the products, but which does not correspond at all to a physical reality: Quebec hops are often the same as those used in Europe.
Finally, regarding the responses to your emails, we are again sorry to learn your feeling that we did not provide any responses. Did you receive our emails?

Indeed, we work with microbreweries (and sometimes even nano-breweries!) that have the particularity (and interest) of offering seasonal brews and not necessarily continuous products throughout the year, as one could do with a classic lager. This then leads to potential stockouts, as we always want to offer the freshest beers possible.
We are nevertheless aware that this can be an inconvenience for some enthusiasts who would like to find these products all year round.
Also, in the same way, we favor products from artisan producers because they are more qualitative, more original, and authentic. The underlying difficulty lies again in the availability of products. A small producer may sometimes have stockouts, which an industrial producer may not have... but we prefer this risk, which does happen quite rarely (but it does happen!) to less qualitative and less interesting products in terms of taste.

Hello and thank you for your review! We are happy about your positive point and simply wish to "moderate" your negative review. It should be noted that importing products from Canada by container, as we do, is subject to taxes and customs duties from the French state / European Union. These taxes can sometimes be up to 30% on certain products and that is mainly what increases the prices... However, we are fortunate to have very significant volumes, which allows us to generally have the same pricing as producers directly in Canada (as in France, you will find very different prices depending on the quality of the same product, this applies to the products we import which are mostly 1/ from small producers and 2/ of very high quality). Hello Thierry, Thank you for your feedback and your comment regarding the Relay Packages. We selected the Chronopost offer because it allows delivery in 24 hours and has nearly 7500 relay points in France. We are therefore sorry to learn that there were few choices near you at the time of your order. Indeed, as you mentioned, summer vacations and the closures of many establishments temporarily reduce the offer... nevertheless, we will pass the information on to Chronopost. We are of course trying to avoid stockouts as much as possible, but it happens that a product is very highly requested by individuals or professionals (we are also importers-wholesalers for many establishments in France and Europe: gourmet shops, wine merchants, restaurants, etc.), which then leads to a (very) temporary stockout. However, since all our products are imported from Canada, it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to receive them, provided that our producers are not also out of stock: we work with small producers, passionate about their products and their trades, and in no way with industrialists who have the (only) advantage of producing on a large scale. We prioritize authenticity and quality over quantity. It should also be added that several of our ranges are seasonal and are not offered all year round. In any case, we thank you again for your comment, take it into account and will do what is necessary to limit this type of inconvenience as much as possible. However, it is true that you ordered a product for €6.90 and therefore, in this case, a delivery at €5.90 including VAT may seem proportionally significant. However, we cannot offer cheaper shipping rates as we also have minimum costs with Chronopost and Colissimo - regardless of the weight or price of the order. Hoping for your understanding.
