The order went very well as did the reception. The only negative point is the delivery price which is extremely expensive. Otherwise, my shopping experience went very well.

Hello Célia. Thank you for your message and your feedback. The shipping costs offered on the site start from €5.90 including VAT and are free for any order over €100 including VAT. However, it is true that you ordered a product for €6.90 and therefore, in this case, a delivery at €5.90 including VAT may seem proportionally significant. However, we cannot offer cheaper shipping rates as we also have minimum costs with Chronopost and Colissimo - regardless of the weight or price of the order. Hoping for your understanding. Have a very good day.

The only importer of Canadian products with a large selection.
However, be careful, there are many unavailable products or those that have disappeared from the usual offer in this first half.

Hello Thierry, Thank you for your review and glad that the Glutenberg beers pleased you so much! :) Sorry again for the stock error and hoping that our quick contact to inform you allowed you not to regret too much the missing pack of American Pale Ale. Have a great day, The Kanata team
