Good, clear and intuitive for the site
The bottles (cork cap) leaked in the individual cardboard packaging of each bottle (3).. All 3 had leaked and slightly stained the cardboard... Too bad if for gifting (my case for 1 of the bottles)
A bit of wax would ensure the seal! Too bad not to have thought of that.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, we have also noticed a slight discoloration on this product. Before shipping, we sort the bottles, but this discoloration can occur during transport. The package never arrived at the drop-off center proposed by Kanata. The refund was made as soon as it returned to Kanata. Kanata assured me that they are not responsible for the transport service, I disagree because it is indeed the sender who chose the carrier and trusts them.

Very satisfied with the speed of delivery, well packaged in an insulated bag and fresh product. Too bad it has to be eaten within 3 days and the only downside is that for gifting it is preferable not to include the invoice in the package.

Happy with the quality of the team but on the other hand the product received (Sortilège whisky 750cl) was leaking. The bottle in a horizontal position lets a very slight amount of whisky flow out making the bottle sticky. While the bottle is new, unopened with the plastic sealing the cork. Already losing product, it's borderline when giving a gift.
