Order and delivery OK and within a very reasonable timeframe given the current conditions. A very nice note upon opening the packages.
Only small problem: a number of dented cans, but fortunately not leaking, and this despite impeccable packaging, which means they were already dented before shipping.

We are truly sorry that you received dented maple syrup cans. As you mentioned, we place great importance on our customers' packages, especially by taking the time to properly protect the various items. That is why we would not waste all this care by shipping dented cans in our packages.
Unfortunately, with the current flow of packages in the various transport companies, packages are sometimes thrown or piled under heavier packages. Without causing damage to the outside, the products bump against each other inside. And yet we are generous with padding and we use double-walled cartons.
Please feel free to send us photos by email at [email protected]. We will file a complaint with the carrier and we will offer you a compensation solution.

Everything went very well during this order of poutine, beer, and maple syrup. Easy to choose, impeccable delivery, and 'ben correc' products! Too bad the maple butter was out of stock, otherwise I would have taken a pallet! :-)

Hello, very good products, but very poorly packaged. Very large box poorly suited to the products, they move around inside, for example 2 jars of maple butter, 1 jar of fine sugar as well as maple syrup that crushes the 2 boxes of maple cookies. Not very nice when it's for a gift.

Regarding the teas from METROPOLITAN TEA that we import from Toronto in Ontario, it is as specified on our site and on the packaging, black tea from Ceylon. Unfortunately, the climatic conditions in Canada do not allow for the cultivation of this variety of tea. However, they are very high quality: natural essence flavors, real maple syrup, superior quality Ceylon black tea, unbleached bags, a company committed under various environmental and human labels... If you want to taste typically Quebec tea, I invite you to try Labrador tea, which has beneficial properties for health. Hello, Thank you for the comment even though you could have given 5 stars for the almost home delivery! ;) To explain the reason for the move, the creator of Kanata has retired, Laure Anne, the brand new manager who lives in Vannes preferred to have her company close to home. This is more practical for family life and for shipments by road transport throughout France. Finistère is beautiful but it's far... I can say it, I live in Quimper and I love my city.
