3 boxes of maple syrup were all dented while the box showed no signs of "maltreatment". These boxes were meant to be given to friends and I am disappointed.

We have just discovered your disappointment on the AVIS VERIFIE site while you did not reach out to our customer service by phone or email. We understand that you may be disappointed, but it's a shame you didn't contact us directly.
If you had sent us photos as specified in our terms and conditions, we could have reshipped the rods because if they were damaged it is due to transport. We never put a 'dented' product in our packages and we take care to secure the products well in the boxes. Unfortunately, sometimes that is not enough! We could have made a damage claim with the carrier within 3 days following the delivery, but we are now out of time.
If you have the possibility to send us photos of the rods if they are still in your possession, we can try to obtain compensation from the carrier's customer service. Do not hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected].

Regarding the summary of your order, in an effort to reduce waste, Kanata like many online sales companies, has chosen not to systematically print the invoice in each of its packages. Many customers throw them away without looking at them... However, you can find and print your invoice from your customer account on our site.
