Hello, Thank you for your positive feedback on your order. We hope the poutine was good? Regarding the cheese, as it is shipped frozen from our warehouse, the shelf life is quite short, but it is indicated on the product sheet 'The shelf life of your cheese will be indicated on the packaging. Put the cheese in the fridge as soon as received. Frozen at the start of our workshop, it should be consumed within 3/4 days following shipment.'
