Su pedido salió al día siguiente de su pedido, el transporte tardó una semana para la entrega desde Francia a España incluido el fin de semana. En cuanto al color, de hecho indicamos "cobre", lo que puede dar lugar a confusión. Reemplazaremos el término "Cobre" por "Marrón". El material no está pintado, es plástico vegetal impreso en 3D. Thank you for your feedback. It's true that 3D printing gives a handmade look, and some customers appreciate it more than others. The battery fixing system has been studied and there are so many different cases that we haven't found a universal solution. The fact that the battery is free means that it can be positioned wherever you like, depending on how the board is hung.

Thank you for your appreciation, in fact the plastic is a plant-based plastic printed with a 3D printer, which gives it that more artisanal look, but it's a robust plastic and much cleaner than other plastics.

Thank you for your note. It's true that we don't supply the micro USB charging cable to avoid adding wires to the wires that many customers already have, but it's offered in the accessories at €4 incl. VAT. Some customers order the magnetic cable for even easier recharging.

Thank you for your opinion, and we agree that the charging system is a bit restrictive, but that's the principle of an autonomous system: you have to recharge it from time to time. To make charging easier, we recommend the magnetic charging cable, which stays behind the panel and enables immediate connection for recharging.

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, the Bluetooth link can take 1 to 5 seconds to connect to the lamps. It also depends on how many lights are in the same group. Once the smartphone is connected to the lights, the command is immediate. Upgrades should improve connection speed while adding more and more features. Sincerely AK from Kartlight
