The shipping costs are way too expensive compared to the price of the article! Even higher than the item ordered ! It's good because I had no other choice !

very short delivery time :-) Unfortunately, the value of the goods indicated on the invoice for customs was not correct: value of the shoes = EUR 68.60 + shipping costs = EUR 13.84. We had to pay customs fees of CHF 22.75! (if you would have put the price of EUR 59.16 - price of the 2 pairs - we would have paid no customs fees!)

I am a little disappointed because the plush does not look too much like the one I found on a Christmas market last year, and a little deformed compared to the photo of the site ... However the delivery was extremely fast and the package was in good condition!
