I ordered a dress, you charged me $25 plus $17 shipping. I never received the dress. You sent no explanation, refunded me $25 but never refunded me fir the shipping!!! I sent a fraud complaint to my Gold American Express about fraud. We don't tolerate such horrible service in America!

The parcel left our office but you made a mistake in your address (France instead of USA) We told you that we'll refund you the order and shipping fees when we get your package back) But you can complain to your Gold American Express if you prefer.
