Hello Coralie, thank you for your feedback. We're not quite sure we've understood it correctly, but we've checked the contents of your order and it did specify wooden crate packaging. As this is a 3-liter bottle, a Double-Magnum, it is packaged in a wooden gift box, unless you indicate that you would like to receive it without the box.
