I'm very satisfied with these services. On the other hand, the price of the bottle (Chateau Ferrière Margaux bio) is much higher on the website than if you buy it directly from the château: twice as much. I'm a bit disappointed.

Concerning the price of the bottle, you must be mistaken because you did not order a bottle on its own but in a gift box with two tasting glasses and a thank-you card for the recipient, which explains the price difference. This explains the price difference, which is not double the price of the bottle.
You have indicated that you appreciate the quality of our gift-wrapping services and our ability to meet delivery dates, and you understand that these come at a cost, which remains very reasonable. Yours sincerely
