Regarding the first point, the accuracy of the delivery date, you opted for the most economical delivery method (STANDARD FRANCE Home) which does not allow for a precise delivery date to be guaranteed. With this method, the timeframe is indicative and is 2 to 3 working days. Considering the amount of your order, you could have opted (for 7 euros more) for the HOME DELIVERY method on a specific date, which allows for a guaranteed delivery date. Regarding the second point, we offer more than 250 gift boxes of wines and champagnes ready to be shipped, but it is also possible to create your own box of 2, 3, or 6 bottles by choosing the bottles from our more than 1500 references in the CREATE A BOX section (https://www.labouteilledoree.com/fr/17-coffrets-cadeaux-vins) according to your budget, the type of wines, or the vintage. Regarding your comment, it is not a delivery delay but the result of the carrier choice on our site. When you placed your order on Friday, June 13, several delivery options were available to you:
- The transport mode you chose is "EXPRESS FRANCE J+1 before 6:00 PM" which clearly specifies: EXPRESS FRANCE delivery in 24 hours to your home from Monday to Friday - Guaranteed timeframe for any order placed before 10:00 AM excluding Saturday and Sunday. Delivery on Saturday is therefore not possible with this transport mode.
- The transport mode "SATURDAY FRANCE before 1:00 PM" is the only one allowing delivery on Saturday, but as indicated on our site, the timeframe is guaranteed for any order placed before Thursday noon. Since your order was placed on Friday morning, it could not be delivered on Saturday.
We regret that this was not clear enough for you and hope that this response can help our future customers.

We thank you for your positive feedback and regret your dissatisfaction with the mention of the vintage. This is normal, however, as the bottle you purchased is a 20 year old Maury, and the photo of the bottle displayed on our site clearly indicates this and not the vintage. Maury wines may be vintage wines, i.e. made from a single vintage, in which case the vintage appears on the label, or, like this 20-year-old, they may be the result of a blend of several vintages that have been aged for a minimum of 20 years.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. Concerning the delivery time, it is between 24 and 48 hours for a delivery in a relay point as indicated on our website. The date displayed on the site is the one expected by the carrier, but does not constitute a guarantee, only a forecast. In your case, the order was placed on Thursday 08/04 at 11:00 and delivered on Saturday 10/04 at 10:30, i.e. within 48 hours. Nevertheless, we observe that delivery takes place within 24 hours in over 95% of cases.
We apologize on behalf of the carrier for the change of collection point. Chronopost may decide to deliver to another collection point if the one initially chosen is temporarily closed or inaccessible, or if its parcel handling capacity is exceeded at the time of delivery.

Hello, we are aware of your opinion concerning two bottles of Georgian red wine from the Khareba estate, the Saperavi Premium 2013, which we sincerely regret. The first bottle you received as a gift, which you liked, also comes from our cellar (purchased in May 2019). Moreover, it comes from exactly the same batch that the estate had shipped to us in 2017, and all the bottles have since been stored in the same location, in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse. When you indicate that the two bottles received in July are undrinkable, it is therefore difficult for us to understand the cause. Would it be possible for you to clarify your opinion by telling us whether you detected any particular defect in the wine, or whether the quality of the wine in these two bottles was significantly different from the first, by providing a few details?
