Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up my parcel, I live quite far away, and the pikup relay was closed when I passed, I waited more than 3.5 hours... I won't be making any more effort and I won't be ordering from France unfortunately, far too complicated, at your expense, but we can't count on the presence of qualified people at the relay points... At the time of purchase, delivery was expected to take between 24 and 48 hours. I placed the order on November 15th and the parcel was delivered on November 25th, 10 days later. That's a long way from 48 hours.

Ridiculous packaging, the sausages were thrown into a cardboard box. The sausages underneath started to mould with the cardboard during transport. My wife wonders if you take us for pigs to pack in such a way. It's impossible to enter your intra-community VAT number on the website, which means you have to pay VAT for a company abroad. I've pointed this out to your IT guy, but he doesn't give a damn.
