I wanted to have a direct contact but no... Just an error in the order: 2 orders made. 1 a pack of mini sausages and the other in downgraded sausages but received 2 orders of mini sausages.... nothing serious in itself but I would have liked to be contacted to discuss it...........

correct merchandise, despite regular stockouts, more than eight days to receive the package after ordering, and especially UPS not delivering the packages, marking us as absent to drop it off at a relay and not making their rounds. package picked up at royal shop 76260 EU. the manager was unhappy because he left her a very large volume of packages and many customers came and were unhappy. this has already happened twice in a row

Hello, the sausage was not in its box upon arrival. A small piece of tape was missing to close the box and some padding would have been welcome to secure the box. Too bad

At the time of the order, I was told a delivery time of one day (package delivered the next day). This time was not respected. It's not a big deal but it would be better to indicate longer times if you are not sure you can meet them. Additionally, there was a missing sausage in my order. I wanted to give it as a gift so this was very upsetting. I called customer service, not a single apology... I understand that the person on the other end is not responsible but still, it's the least they could do.

Packaging insufficient. The sausages come into direct contact with the cardboard box and printed! Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, upon receiving our package of salami, we noticed that it had been gnawed by rodents. As a result, we had to throw away two bags of sausage. This inconvenience is all the more regrettable as it leads to financial losses, but especially considering the work invested and the animal slaughtered for its production. Could you consider using more robust or different packaging in the future to prevent such damage or losses related to transport and pests? A completely relative experience. One of the discount codes purchased on the Groupon site did not work. The chat hotline was not satisfactory. I had to make my purchase without benefiting from my promotion. Fortunately, afterwards, I was refunded by your site the correct amount of the promotion. So.... I will not attempt this type of purchase again. Too risky as a process.

It is understandable that not all 12 sausage varieties are represented in the package, but it is disappointing that only 4 different sausage varieties with 4 sausages each are in the 2 kg package. The more premium varieties with nuts or cheese are not represented at all. Overall, a bad purchase for me. There will be no repeat order.
